OCCUPIED STAGING SOLUTIONS

This is an intensive + fun onsite two-hour consultation with an Abishai Designs professional stager that includes:

Pre-consultation phone conversation (15-20 min) in preparation for the on-site consultation (at least 4 days prior):
- Learn about you the seller & your home
- Learn a bit about the neighborhood from your perspective
- Gain vital information to begin research on your target buyer demographic and prepare for our Consultation time
Followed by the on-site consultation (up to 2 hours) that will include following + more:
- A complete room-by-room walk through of the entire home evaluating each space with “buyer’s eyes” (inclusive of the curb, garage, & backyard)
- Review & discussion of each rooms first impressions, focal points, buyer emotional connection points , colors and effect, lighting, de-personalization, de-cluttering, + furniture editing & placement and more
- A bound detailed report customized to the unique specifics of the home
- Quote for hands-on-staging using existing home owners furniture and accessories + sprinkle of rental or purchased furniture and accessories to complete the look (if needed)
